& Paralympics. Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains
are host venues for skiing and snow sports.
The Whistler Nordic Center is under construction in
preparation for the Olympic games. It will host
Cross-Country, Biathlon, Nordic Combined and Ski jumping
events. The area will have spectator capacity of
12,000 in each of the three stadiums. The bobsled track
and athletes village among other venue facilities are
also under construction.
